Take comfort in knowing that Arnold is at rest and looking down on you all. In the years I have known Arnold, I was always so struck by what the kind, gentle man he was. He always had a smile to give others and loved life and his family.

TO THE SILVA FAMILY MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES FOR THE PASSING OF MR. SILVA.
HE WAS A GREAT MAN WHO I ENJOYED MANY DAYS OF PLAYING CARDS AND TALKING WITH AS I HUNG OUT MANY TIMES AT THE HOUSE WITH MICHAEL. I APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT HE ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND I LOVED HIM AND MRS. SILVA FOR THAT REASON. I KNOW I WILL SEE HIM AGAIN SOMEDAY AND MAYBE WE CAN GET IN ONE MORE CARD GAME OR ROUND OF GOLF
