Beverly Ann Formisano

Bristol – Beverly Ann (Morris) Formisano, 86, passed away on Wednesday, September 17,2025 at the Dawn Hill Rehabilitation in Bristol.

She was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Thomas and Ida (Dexter) Morris.

Beverly, worked as a seamstress for Karen Pastore making custom drapes for over20 years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. She was the owner of the former Old Venice Restaurant.

She is survived by her children Cathy Jean DeVargas, Ann E. Castigliego and her husband Donald, Ralph F. Formisano, II and his wife Leslie, Frank V. Formisano.

She was the sister of Phyllis Goth and the late Arthur Buffington, and Martha Alanzo.

Beverly was the grandmother of Michael Dias (Denise), William Dias (Megan), Kristen Morreira (Joseph), Ginamarie Thomas (Erik), Francesco Formisano, Antonio Formisano, Michelina Richards (Tyler), Gabrielle Formisano (Jessica), Rosa Curto (Peter) Nunzio Formisano, Sofia Mirsola (Eric), Domenic Castigliego, Gaetano Castigliego (Summer).

She was the great grandmother of Spencer, Emma, Aliya, Christopher, David, Daniel, Niomi, Dominic, Giovanni, Isiac, Noah, Mattaeo, Gennaro, Francesco, James, Jack, Louis, Vincenzo, Salvatore.

Her funeral services will be private. She will be buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
