I can't believe Alice is gone, and that I am just finding out. I reached out to her and to Jennifer shortly before her passing. Being on opposite coasts, a whole nation separated us so it was difficult to understand the extent of her illness. I am still in the dark.
What a brilliant light Alice was on this planet. I so enjoyed her quick wit, sharing silliness with her, hearing her laugh, and her true friendship. I respected her honesty, and her great work ethic. I know that she was proud of her daughter and her grandchildren. How lucky they were to have her love.
I love you and will forever miss you my friend.

Always remember Alice for her infectious laugh. Grew up with her as we lived at the opposite ends of North St., Maynard. She loved life and will be missed by many.

I did not know Alice well but it was obvious that she was a strong and witty woman who was full of humor and quick to laugh, my condolences to her family.

It is hard to express in just words what Alice meant to me, she has been my friend for 50 years. I couldn't put down all the memories that come with all those years of friendship. What is amazing to me as I think of her is the fact we never had a harsh word between us. I saw Alice last year here in Florida, and three weeks ago spoke to her. I will miss her for the rest of my life. My condolences to you and your family, Jennifer.
God Bless you Alice, Peter Bogonovich

I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of Alice. My sincere condolences to her family.
Alice and I were classmates at Maynard High School Class of 1964. She was a great classmate and friend during those high school days. I believe that she was a baton majorette in the band. Ran the Boston Marathon in the 1970's with her first husband Bob Doyle. She will be missed at our upcoming 50th class reunion by all of her former class mates. She is in my thoughts and prayers.

Alice was a nice person, caring and considerate.
She had a nice smile and a compassionate understanding for all.
How can we forget her laugh and unique sense of humor!
Still to this day ,I have an image of her passing by the farm in her 1965 Baby Blue XKE, top down, red hair blowing in the wind. If that was not a sight of true beauty then nothing was.
Alice had a lot of spirit and a good many dreams which came true by her determination and hard work. You did it all Al in one way or another.
God bless
