Tribute

Gail Ann Turbeville Mueller, 70, of Rockledge, Florida passed away on November 21 after a short illness.
Born in Fall River, Ma she was the daughter of the late Geraldine Garvin Allaire and the late Harold Lloyd Turbeville. She was also the step-daughter of the late Joseph W. Allaire.

Gail attended schools in the Bristol area and graduated from Warren High School in 1967. Gail was a Vietnam Era veteran who served at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY. Gail graduated from the Walter Drake Business School in New York City. For many years Gail worked in various clerical and secretarial positions throughout New York City. In her younger years she was a member of the Manhattan Jaycees, Child-Study, Woodhaven, and Vietnam Veterans Association of Queens, NY. Gail retired to Florida. Gail enjoyed traveling the Caribbean and returning to Bristol for the Fourth of July Festivities. Gail once traveled the Panama Canal which she was very proud of.

Gail leaves behind two children, Lee Michael Parmet of Providence, RI and Adrienne Norbeck of Woodhaven, NY. She is also survived by two sisters, Margaret Wilhelm (Dean) of La Cross, WI and Gerry Turbeville of Providence, RI. Her memory will live on through her companion Raymond Leong, step-brother Tim Allaire, her uncle George Haray, and her nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gail’s friend and home health aide Terry White.

Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, December 6, 2019 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol, RI. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visitation will be Thursday evening, December 5 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
