Elinor "Booty" Lannigan

Elinor C. (Booty) Lannigan, 90 of Bristol, passed away Tuesday March 26, 2019. She was the wife of William F. Lannigan, her husband of 65 years.

Booty worked as a Teacher’s Aid in the Bristol Public Schools for many years.
Booty was predeceased by her parents the late Joseph H. and Muriel E. Cushman. She was also the sister of the late Joseph Cushman and the mother of the late Linda Castigliego (Paul Castigliego of Bristol).

In addition to her husband Booty leaves behind her children Sean Lannigan of Bristol and Jill
Ott (her husband Paul Ott) also of Bristol. Booty will also be survived by her six grandchildren: Paul Castigliego, Jr., Kim Butera, Shannon Ott, Alexis Lannigan, Patrick Ott, and Nicholas Lannigan. Booty will be missed by her four great grandchildren: Stella Butera, Luke Butera, Chloe Castigliego, and Camille Castigliego. She is also survived by a sister, Betty Cushman of Portland, Maine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in celebration of her life on Tuesday April 2, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sansone Funeral Home 192 Wood Street Bristol, RI 02809. Burial will follow at North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol RI.
