Antonino Aloi, 87, passed away peacefully in Providence on Saturday October 24, 2020 with his family at his side. He spent the last 57 years as the devoted husband of Antonietta (Conte) Aloi.
Born in Messina, Italy he was the son of the late Antonia (Casella) and Antonio Aloi.
Antonino worked as a carpenter for A.A Nunes construction for many years before his retirement. On his time off he loved to spend time with his family.
In addition to his wife Antonietta he also leaves behind two daughters: Antonietta Machado and Lisa A. Peters (Shawn); four grandchildren: Christopher J. Machado, Gabrielle A. Machado, Hailey A. Peters, Amber L. Peters; and a sister Victoria Cannavaro.
Antonino was predeceased by his parents and his sister Antonina Casala.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 10 AM inside Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol, RI. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
