Before her health concerns compounded, she enjoyed traveling, the beach, her pool, gardening, cooking, dancing, dining, shopping, exercising, sewing, playing cards, making puzzles, yet most enjoyed gatherings with family & friends. Her love for all was genuine. She had a welcoming home and was an outstanding cook and an avid gardener. Giving flowers & vegetables from her garden, and feeding visitors, brought her joy. She was unassuming and preferred not to impose. Her deep faith and honor to God was unwavering. She was slow to anger, patient, & kind. She was grateful & found joy in what she ‘could do’ instead of what she ‘could not do’, especially as her health deteriorated. She lead by example.
