Victoria "Vicki" A. (Reynolds) Faria, 77, of Bristol, RI passed away in the early hours of September 1, 2026, at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice in Providence, RI after months of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Faria, Jr. who died on September 20, 2018.

Born on May 18, 1949, in Providence, RI, she was a daughter of the late James Reynolds and Annie (Castigliego) Reynolds. She was raised and educated in her native community of Bristol, RI where she was a graduate of the former Bristol High School.

Years ago, she was employed as a supervisor for American Tourister in Warren, RI but decided to dedicate her professional career to being an in-home nanny. Always a child at heart, she saw the world through the "eyes of a small child".

Vicki treasured the times spent playing bingo and cards with family and friends and watching Hallmark movies on television.

She leaves her cousin, whom was like a dear sister: Joann Embrey of Bristol, RI; her sisters-in-law: Magdalen Chianese and MaryEllen Dwyer and her husband, Ted Dwyer, of Bristol, RI; a brother-in-law: Norman Faria and his significant other, Tracy Spaulding, of Newport, RI; her nieces and nephews: Paula Correia and her husband, Cliff, of Bristol, RI; Robert Embrey and his wife, Wendy, of Culpepper, Virginia; Russell Embrey and his wife, Jean, of Lincoln, RI; Sarah LeBlanc and her husband, Michael, of East Hampstead, NH; Kristen Chianese of North Stonington, CT; Beth Gillard and her husband, John, of Rumford, RI and Jane Dwyer of Bristol, RI and many great nieces, great nephews, extended family members and friends.

Family and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, RI.

A graveside service will follow at 12:15 pm at St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol, RI.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Vicki's name may be made to the Friends of the Bristol Animal Shelter, 11 Broad Common Road- Unit 155, Bristol, RI 02809.
