Mrs. Rose (Coite) Bozzario, age 89, of Warren, died peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Care Center after a courageous seven year battle with cancer. She was the widow of Louis A. Bozzario. A former Bristolian, she had resided at the Willows Assisted Living in Warren, previously living at Kickemuit Village for 18 years.She was born in Bristol, RI, a daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Lima) Coite.She had volunteered in past years as a senior aide at the Warren Meal Center. Rose enjoyed walking and making crafts. Prayer was her comfort. Her greatest gift was the unconditional love she had for her family. Prior to retirement in the late 1960s she was employed at Kaiser Aluminum in Bristol and Lloyd Manufacturing in Warren. Rose will be sadly missed by her daughters, Barbara R. Hart and her husband Robert of North Kingstown, Marilyn J. Chadwick of North Providence and her son, Louis J. Bozzario and his wife, Linda of Seekonk, MA. Loving grandmother of Brendan C. Hart of Syracuse, NY and Craig L. Bozzario of Cumberland. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by thirteen brothers and sisters.Her funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Monday, March 24, 2008 at 10:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol. Visitation will be Monday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 AM.
