Ronald P. Moran

Mr. Ronald P. Moran, age 70, of Woburn Street, Bristol, died Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the loving husband of Antonette (Caromile) Moran his wife of 46 years. Born in Fall River, MA, and a lifelong resident of Bristol, he was a son of the late Peter J. and Anna (Vargas)Moran. Ronald retired as a Detective from the Bristol Police Force in 1998 after 28 years. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol. Besides his wife, he will be missed by his three sons, Ronald P. Moran, Peter J. Moran and Kevin J. Moran, all of Bristol and a grandson, Andrew J. Moran. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Monday, March 5, 2012 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AMin Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours Sunday from 2:00-5:00 PM.
