Paula P. Tavares

Paula P. (Staples) Tavares, age 68, of Wood Street, Bristol, died Monday, September 15, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Fall River, MA, and a lifelong resident of Bristol. She was a daughter of the late Walter O. Staples, Jr. and Shirley M. (Rishe) Staples. Paula was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth's Church, Bristol. She is survived by her two sons, Nicholas J. Tavares and Richard DiFrenna both of Bristol, grandchildren Dillon DiFrenna and Richard DiFrenna, Jr., and her longtime companion, Joseph Nenna. besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Staples.
