Ms. Irene V. Cavalieri

Ms. Irene V. Cavalieri, age 96 of Congregational Street, Bristol, died Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the Scalabrini Villa at Bay View, North Kingstown, RI. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Josephine (Grazioso) Cavalieri. Irene was a Mathematics Teacher at Portsmouth High School for 25 years, retiring in 1990. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol. She is survived by many nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Peter and Frank Cavalieri and sisters, Mary Gray, Lucy Cavalieri, Carmella Lombardi, Jennie Pacheco and Catherine Tetreault. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
