Ms. Charlotte M. Whiteside

Ms. Charlotte M. (Stanzione) Whiteside, age 75 formerly of Church Street, Bristol, died Monday, March 27, 2023 at the Silver Creek Manor, Bristol. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Ralph F. and Agnes F. (Foley) Stanzione. Charlotte was a graduate of Colt Memorial High School, Bristol, Class of 1965. She was an Administrative Assistant for 35 years at Raytheon Corporation in Portsmouth, retiring in 2012. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her family, enjoying a good meal with friends and family, and just having a good time. She is survived by two grandchildren, Camryn Lee Faris and Ryan R. Faris, her son-in-law Robert Faris, all of Fairfield, CT, two brothers, Ralph M. Stanzione (Diane) of Groton, CT and Timothy M. Stanzione (Lisa) of Bristol and her nieces and nephews, Angela Nunes (David), Timothy Stanzione (Jessica) and Kyle Remy (Jenni) and great nieces and great nephews, Christian and Piper Nunes, Savannah Bertrand and Jaden Remy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Leanne M. Faris. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visitation will be Saturday morning only beginning at 9:00 AM.
