Ms Angelina C. Proto

Miss Angelina C. Proto, age 91 formerly of Wood Street, Bristol died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Grace Barker Nursing Center, Warren. Born in Bristol, and a lifelong residence she was a daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (Cappucci)Proto. Angelina was a factory worker for the former Converse Rubber Co., and the Bristol Manufacturing Company both formerly in Bristol. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bristol. Angelina will alway be remembered by her bright smile and she was like a second mother to her several nieces and nephews and family who loved her dearly. Angelina is survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Virginia Sousa, Ida Iiams, Etta Quito, Madeline Proto and Gilda Asciola and three brothers Michael, Peter and Domenick Proto. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hasbro Children's Hospital P.O.
