Theresa (Sementilli) Castigliego, age 94 of Roma Street, died Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Paul Castigliego. Born in Providence, RI and a lifelong Bristol resident, she was the daughter of the late Natal and Domenica (Ricci) Sementilli Theresa was a secretary for the former Bristol Manufacturing Company for many years before retiring Theresa was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church where she was on of the founders of the Mothers Club and a past president and treasurer also a founder of OLMC School and a member of the 16th of July Feast Committee, she also was a member and the former treasurer of the Holy Rosary Society. She will be sadly missed by her son Matteo Castigliego and his Rosemary of Warren Grandchildren Lou Ann Mello, Dawn Sequino, Jennifer Robison, Norman Paolello, Jillyan Zambarano, Paul J. Castigliego and Scott Castigliego Ten great grandchildren Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two daughters Louise Paolello-DiOrio, Paula Cruz a granddaughter Paula Ann, two sisters Lillie Ciccone, Anna Kuski and a brother Armando Sementilli. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mt.
