Mrs. Mary Jane (Reilly) Piccione, age 86 of 1215 Main Road, Tiverton and formerly of Monroe Township, New Jersey, died peacefully Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Bernard T. and Mary Agnes (McGrew) Reilly. Mary Jane was the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in New York City for over 30 years, retiring in 1986. She previously resided in Ridgefield, NJ for many years. She enjoyed playing Tennis, Swimming and Biking for many years. She is survived by a son, Leonard R. Piccione of Tiverton, a daughter, Ann M. Vedilago and her husband Jim of Palm City, FL and Bristol, RI and her granddog, Nikki. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard T. Reilly. The family would like to thank the staff at Sakonnet Bay for their care and compassion to mom. Also, the family would like to thank the Southcoast VNA Hospice for their care of mom. They are an amazing group that were a tremendous comfort. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, August 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM in St. Marys Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol, RI. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be Sunday, July 31, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM in the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, RI.
