Mrs Mary Frank

Mary (Vital) Frank, age 98 of Sherry Ave., Bristol. Died Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the Crestwood Nursing Home, Warren surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Alfred “Fredie” Manuel Frank. Born in Dighton, MA and resided in Bristol for over 70 years. She was a daughter of the late Jose P. and Anna (Maetoza) Vital. Mary was a stringer for the former Coro Manufacturing Company formerly in Bristol and also worked for the former American Tourister formerly in Warren. Mary was a communicant of St. Elizabeths Church and loved spending time with her family. Mary is survived by her daughters, Janice A. Alley of Swansea, MA., Claudia M. Franke of Bristol and a son, Clifford A. Frank of Riverside. Five grandchildren, William E. Alley, Jr., Leslie A. Uhnak, Tina Ridondo, Ronald Silvia, Jr. and Rebecca A. Silvia. Four great grandchildren, John Patrick Martin, Kelsey A. Desrosiers, Jamie Ridondo and Charles Burdick. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Debra Frank and two brothers, Joseph P. Vital, Jr., and Matthew Vital. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 29, 2010 at 10:00 AM in St. Elizabeths Church 577 Wood St., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut St., Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd, East Providence, RI 02914.
