Mrs. Marilyn J. (Livingstone) Almeida, age 72, of Willett Avenue, Riverside and formerly of Bristol for many years, died Monday, April 25, 2011 at Chestnut Terrace Nursing Center in East Providence. Born in Fall River and raised in Bristol and a resident for many years, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Emily M. (Battcher) Livingtone. She was a sales clerk at the Bob's Store in Seekonk for 16 years, retiring in 2010. She previously worked as an assembler for the Raytheon Corp. in Portsmouth for 14 years retiring in 1994. She was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Bristol. She enjoyed doing needlepoint and playing Bingo. She is survived by her loving son, Richard M. Almeida of Riverside, four cousins and numerous friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Requiem Eucharist Service in St. Michael's Epsicopal Church, Hope Street, Bristol, Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
