Mrs Lucy Pacheco

Mrs. Lucy (Armillotto) Pacheco, age 83, of Franklin Street, Bristol, died Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the New Bedford Rehabilitation Hospital, New Bedford, MA. She was the wife of the late John A. Pacheco. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Pasqua (DiMauro) Armillotto. Lucy worked as a waitress and latter as the coat check person for 30 years at the Lobster Pot Restaurant in Bristol before retiring in 1997 she also worked for the former Crown Fastner and the Visitors Center in Bristol. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. She also volunteered at St. Elizabeth's Manor in Bristol. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Tremblay of Rehoboth, MA and her son John A. Pacheco of Provinctown, MA, a brother Gaetano Armillotto of Bristol. Two granddaughters, Nicole Morse and Tara Sanford, three great grandchildren, Evan & Lealyn Sanforn, Asher Morse and a great great grandson Cole Butler. Beside her husband John A. Pacheco and parents Paul and Pasqua (DiMauro) Armillotto she was preceded in death by five brothers, Vincent, Lawrence, Fazio, Michael and Domenic Armillotto. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 141 State st., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut St., Bristol. Visiting hours Friday, August 8, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
