Mrs Judith Savino

Mrs. Judith (Hill) Savino, age 65, of 15 Florida Avenue, Coventry and formerly of Bristol, died Friday, October 29, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. Born and raised in Bristol, she was a daughter of the late Chester H. and Louise (Gibson) Hill. She was a graduate of Colt Memorial High School, Class of 1963. A resident of Coventry for 30 years and a previous resident of West Greenwich, she was a secretary for the Exeter-West Greenwich School System for 35 years, retiring in 2009. She was a member of the Exeter-West Greenwich Schools Retiree's Club, loved to work in her gardens, spending time at the beach and swimming and most of all spending time with her grandson, Brian. She is survived by a daughter, Christine G. Boyle and her husband, Aron, two grandchildren Brian and Hannah Boyle, all of Coventry, a brother Gerald Hill in Indiana and two nephews, Jason and Jeff Hill in North Carolina. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Thursday, Nov. 4 at 10:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Visitation will preceed the service from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol.
