Mrs Josephine J. Silvia

Josephine J. Silvia, age 82, of Hope Street, Bristol, died Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Miriam Hospital Providence. She was the wife of Joseph 'Cappy' Silvia. Born in Barrington, RI, a daughter of the late Louis and Natalie (Carbone) Santos. Josephine worked as a Nurse for many years before becoming a homemaker. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Joseph Silvia of Bristol, Kenneth Silvia of East Greenwich, and a daughter Debra L. Stenmark of Bristol. Six grandchildren and a sister Katherine Petraca of Warwick. She was preceded in death by her parents Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, December 27, 2013 at 9:00 am with a graveside service at 10:30 am in Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington.
