Mrs. Joann 'Sara' (Salisbury) LeBlanc, age 67 of 2 Laurie Lane, Bristol, died Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Norman 'Buck' LeBlanc, who preceded her in death in 2009. Born and raised in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Genevieve (Kryzwonos) Salisbury. A resident of Bristol for 34 years, she previously resided in Lincoln. Sara was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Pawtucket, Class of 1964 and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from RI College in 1968. Sara was the account payable clerk for Regal Interiors of Fall River, MA for over 10 years, retiring in 2009. Sara loved working around her home and gardens and spending time with close friends and family. She is survived by three children, Shannon L. O'Brien (Kevin), Sean M. Skenyon (Dr. Jill Proulx) and Ryan P. Skenyon, three step-children, Kathleen M. Murphy, David A. and Daniel N. LeBlanc, four grandchildren, Cal Harrington, Cooper Skenyon and Daniel and Jack O'Brien, two brothers, Alan Salisbury of Barrington and her twin, James 'Butch' Salisbury of Cumberland. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, James 'J.R.' LeBlanc. Funeral Services and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
