Mrs Grace P. White

Mrs. Grace (Palumbo) White, age 97 of Metacom Avenue, Bristol, died peacefully Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Silver Creek Manor Nursing Home, Bristol, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late T.A. White. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Dominic and Annunzata “Nancy” (Coppolecchio) Palumbo. Grace was a seamstress for the Converse Rubber Company, formerly in Bristol and had previously worked for the former Collins and Aikman Co., Priscillas Sportswear and Best Made Dress Co. She was a communicant of St. Marys Church, Bristol and a member of the Bristol Interfaith Chorus for over 25 years. She is survived by three daughters, N. Diane Davis (Robert) of Bristol, Jacquelyn Reardon (William) of East Hampton, CT., and Tim A. Kemmy (David) of Bristol, seven grandchildren, Michele Morris (Dean), Jacqueline Reardon, Robert Davis, Jr. (Patti), Monica Davis, Matthew White, Ryan Davis (Nichole) and Michael Kemmy and eight great grandchildren, Tyler Morris, Aaron Davis, Gabrielle Davis, Harper Morris, Claire DeBlois, Logan Davis, Armand DeBlois, IV, and Clara Davis. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nancy Davis DeBlois (Armand, III) and three brothers, Antonio, Matteo and Salvatore Palumbo and five sisters, Mary Nenna, Anna Bernstein, Louise Luther, Eleanor Vollaro and Victoria Palumbo. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, November 13, 2015 at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Marys Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visitation Friday morning only at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bristol Rescue Squad, P.O.
