Mrs Georgette M. Marshall

Mrs. Georgette M. (Cabral) Marshall, age 89, of High Street, Bristol, died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late John J. Marshall. Georgette was born and raised in Warren before moving to Bristol many years ago, she was a daughter of the late John and Lucy (Januario) Cabral. She was an assembler for the former R&J Manufacturing Co., formerly in Warren before retiring in 1976. Georgette was a communicant of St. Mary's Church and a member of the St. Mary's Sunshine Club. She also was a member of the Bristol Sea Explorers and the Bristol Christmas Festival Committee. She is survived by her children, Anthony J. Marshall of Coconut Beach, FL., Georgette A. Cabral and her husband Joseph of Bristol, and Debora L. Bisbano and her husband John of Port St. Lucie, FL., five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and a sister Evelyn Pontes of Richmond VA. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, John Marshall, two brothers, Victor G. and Manuel Cabral and a sister Mary Soares, and a daughter in-law Virginia (Fasano)Marshall. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 9:30 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AMin St. Mary's Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours Monday, March 19, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
