Mrs. Agnes Caromile

Mrs. Agnes (Benevides) Caromile, age 88 of Annawamscutt Drive, Bristol, died Sunday, May 3, 2020 at St. Elizabeths Manor, Bristol, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Paul Caromile who preceded her in death in November of 1997. Born in Providence and raised and a lifelong resident of Bristol, she was a daughter of the late John and Marianna (Tavares) Benevides. Agnes worked for a number of years for Kaiser Aluminum Corp. in their former Bristol Plant until retiring a number of years ago. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeths Church, Bristol. She is survived by two sons; Paul Caromile, Jr. (Genevieve) and Bruce A. Caromile (Linda), three grandchildren, Bruce A. Caromile, Jr. (Meagan), Jessica Braz and Heather Pacheco (Michael), all of Bristol, four great grandchildren, Lyla and Brock Pacheco, Maddox Braz and Brooke Caromile, and two sisters, Dorothy Legler in Florida and Mary Gaspar of Bristol. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis and Anthony Benevides and two sisters, Alice Cordeiro and Adeline Coite.
