Mr John A. Raymond

Mr. John A. Raymond, age 71 of 100 Arthur Street, Budlong Manor, Cranston, formerly of Bristol, died unexpectedly Monday, October 31, 2011 at his home. Born and raised in Bristol, a son of the late John B. and Norma E. (Morris) Raymond, he lived in Cranston for a few years and previously resided in Johnston and Rumford. He was a self employed musician and entertainer for many years. He served in the US Air Force during peacetime for four years as a Airman 2nd class serving with the Air Police Unit. He is survived by his life companion, Gloria Jean 'Gina'Dutra of Johnston, three children, John A. Raymond, Jr of Bristol, Tanya Raymond Williams of Florida and Jason Raymond of East Providence, a step daughter, Lacey Dutra of Johnston,a brother, Jerry C. Raymond of Rumford and a sister, Joyce M. Tabor of North Berwick, Maine, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
