Mr. Gregory M. Bullock, age 80 of Auburn, MA, died Monday, March 17, 2025 at St. Vincents Hospital, Worcester, MA surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Maturi) Bullock, his wife of 59 years.
Born in Providence, RI and raised in Bristol, he was the son of the late Raymond F. and Rachel Nancy (Cortellessa) Bullock. He was a resident of Auburn for the last 22 years, previously residing in Shrewsbury, MA for many years. Gregory received his Bachelors Degree from Norwich University and was a graduate of Colt Memorial High School, Class of 1962, where he is also a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame. He served in the US Army and Army Reserves during the Vietnam Era ending his career as a Captain.
He was a Grocery Manager for the Victory Grocery stores in Central Massachusetts for 22 years, retiring in 2007. He previously was an Insurance Agent for American Mutual for over 20 years.
Greg was involved with youth sports for many years in Shrewsbury, coaching youth football and baseball, and was an avid fan of all of the Boston professional sports teams.
In addition to his wife Patricia, he leaves behind, a son, Scott A. Bullock and his fianc Isabel Bouchard of Sturbridge, MA; a daughter, Michele L. Rokes and her husband David of Warwick, RI; and three grandchildren who were the apple of his eye, Elizabeth "Ellie" Rokes, and Emma and Andrew Bullock. He is also survived by his siblings, Frances Fedor and husband Robert, Raymond Bullock and wife Jean, Michael Bullock and wife Linda, Paul Bullock, and Peter Bullock and wife Kay, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, 1081 Hope Street, Bristol. Visiting hours will be Monday, April 7, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, RI.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation, 11 A Blackstone Valley Place, Lincoln, RI 02865.
