Mr Frederick L. Weaver

Mr. Frederick L. Weaver, age 77 of Bristol and formerly of Warren, died Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the former husband of the late Wanda (McClure) Weaver. Born in Providence and raised and a longtime resident of Bristol, he was a son of the late Lawrence F. and Rose E. (Lynch) Weaver. Frederick served in the US Air Force during peacetime for a number of years. He was a sandblaster for the former Tower Iron Works in Seekonk, MA, retiring in 1984. Fred enjoyed camping, going to the beach, swimming and quahoging. He is survived by a daughter, Laurie E. Sexton (Roy) of Birmingham, Alabama and a son, Scott A. Weaver (Kimberly) of Riverside and four granddaughters, Victoria E. and Katherine R. Sexton and Katelyn M. and Briana Weaver, his sister, Ellen J. Loring Guarniere (Frank) of Warren. Private Burial services in North Burial Ground, Bristol will be held in the Spring and Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
