Mr Edward Rodrigues

Mr. Edward Rodrigues, age 62, of Siegel Street, Bristol, died Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Heatherwood Nursing and Subacute Care Center in Newport. Born in Providence and a lifelong resident of Bristol, he was a son of the late Manuel and Emily (Francis) Rodrigues. He was a machinist for Taco Industries in Cranston for 10 years. He was a graduate of Bristol High School, Class of 1969 and had served in the Army Reserves for a few years during the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by a daughter, Emily A. Rodrigues of Providence, two step-daughters, Mary Curria of Warren and Barbara Matarese of Riverside, four step-grandchildren, Alexandria Lewis, Elizabeth, Ethan and Owen Matarese, three brothers, Manuel Rodrigues of Orange City, FL, John Rodrigues of East Providence, and Thomas Rodrigues of Nashua, NH, two sisters, Eileen Rodrigues of Bristol and Barbara A. Rodrigues of Warren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service Monday, July 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol.
