Michael R. Alves

Mr. Michael R. Alves, age 17, of 99 DeWolf Ave, Bristol, died Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Tavares Pediatric Center, Providence. Born in Providence, RI, a son of Stephanie A. Ferriand Roger Alves, Jr., both of Bristol. Michael attended Meeting Street School in East Providence. Besides his mother and father he is survived by his grandfather, Roger Alves, Sr., of Bristol. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Alves and his great grandparents Theodore C. and Ann Ferri. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, June 29at 12:00 Noon in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Meeting Street School, 1000 Eddy St., Providence 02905 or Tavares Pediatric Center 101 Plain St., Providence, RI 02903.
