Mary T. Deltoro

Mrs. Mary T. (Goulart) DelToro, age 90, of 29 Sowams Drive, Bristol, died peacefully Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Ventura F. “Vic” DelToro. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Ricardo and Aurora M. (Amaral) Goulart. She was a seamstress and floor lady for 40 years, starting her career at the former Best Made Dress Company in Warren, and then Kay Windsor Co., and finally retiring in 1981 from the Levi Straus Co. formerly in Dartmouth, MA. She is survived by two sons; Richard M. DelToro of Bristol and Ventura M. DelToro and his wife, Theresa of Babylon, NY and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Virgina. Funeral services and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
