Marion L. Moniz

Marion (Langello) Moniz, of 27 Richmond St. Bristol, passed away on August 8, 2007 at the age of 85. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Fanny (Balzano) Langello. She was the wife of the late Hilario “Eli” Moniz. While Marions earlier career started in the manufacturing industry, her most rewarding years were spent as the Nursing Assistant to the late Dr. Peter J. Sansone. Marion is survived by her sister Frances L. Correia of Bristol, Nieces Linda M. Staudinger and her husband Leo F. Staudinger of Bristol, Elizabeth S. Beck and her husband Chris C. Beck of Hayden, ID, Great nephews, Joseph Richard Barboza and Stephen Eli Staudinger, and her Great Great Nephews Blaze Barboza and Shane Barboza all of Bristol. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, August 11th, at 11:00 AM at St. Marys Church, Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Beacon Hospice, 6946 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852. Marion will always be remembered as our devoted and beloved Aunti.
