Maria A. Raposo

Maria A. Raposo, 68, of Perry St., Bristol, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence. Born in Sao Miguel, Azores and lived most of her life in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late Joao and Esmeria C. (Oliveira) Raposo. Maria was a machine operator for Jade Plastics in Bristol before retiring she also worked for the former Carol Cable in Warren. Maria was a communicant of St. Elizabeths Church She will be sadly missed by her sisters Esmeria Bolota, Maria Lima and Maria Rego and her brother John Furtado all of Bristol, six nieces and seven nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home 192 Wood St., Bristol, Monday, April 19 , 2010 at 8:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM in St. Elizabeths Church 577 Wood St. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Bristol Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 PM
