Josephine Barrett

Mrs. Josephine (Borges) Barrett, age 98, of Bristol, died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the Silver Creek Manor Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Albert J. Barrett. Born in Plymouth, MA, she was a daughter of the late Antone and Mary (Andrade) Borges and lived most of her life in Bristol. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Joseph Terra of Frederick, MD, her devoted granddaughters,Diana Campbell, Sharon Cabral, Terri Moreira and her cherished sister Emily Camara, all of Bristol. She is survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Delores Botelho and Lillian Santos. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service, Friday, December 5, 2008 at 11:30 AM in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Silver Creek Manor Activities Fund or Memory Garden Fund, both 7 Creek Lane, Bristol. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Sansone Funeral Home, Bristol.
