Jennie Stanzione

Jennie (Saviano) Stanzione, age 96, of 274 State St., Bristol, died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Angelo C. Stanzione. Born in Italy, she lived in Bristol for many years, she was a daughter of the late Enrico Raffaela and Louisa Maria (Lombardi) Saviano. Mrs. Stanzione was a homemaker and a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol. She is survived by three sons, Angelo Stanzione and Sabato Stanzione, both of Bristol, Ralph Stanzione, of North Carolina, a daughter, Elizabeth Branca, of Cranston, fifteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Her funeral services and burial were private. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol, RI 02809. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Sansone Funeral Home, Bristol.
