Jason Fortin

Jason Fortin, aged 47, formerly of Bristol, RI, passed away unexpectedly in Providence on Thursday, October 26, 2023. He was born in Providence, RI and was the beloved son of the late Bernadette (Paiva) Fortin. Jason attended the Bristol Public School Department and worked as a laborer in various fields. He will be most fondly remembered by his friends and family for his sense of humor and ability to make those around him laugh. Jason is survived by his sister, Nicki Ann Tyska, and his Brother-In-Law, Andrew Tyska. He is also survived by his nieces, Drew and Hope Tyska, and many friends and family. Visiting Hours for Jason will be held on Saturday November 4th, 2023 at Sansone Funeral Home located at 192 Wood Street Bristol, RI 02809 from 3pm-5pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name can be made to Friends of the Bristol Animal Shelter, 11 Broad Common Road, Unit 55, Bristol RI 02809.
