Jane Boutelle

Mrs. Jane E. “Bette” (Newton) Boutelle, age 87, of 41 Harrison Street, Bristol, died Friday, July 27, 2007 at her home. She was the wife of the late Albert Boutelle.Born in Taunton, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Edmund A. and E. Myrtle (Arden) Newton. Mrs. Boutelle was a homemaker and a member of St. Michaels Episcopal Church, Bristol. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Bowen of Chepachet and a son, Steven W. Boutelle of Salem, CT., three grandchildren, Steven S. Bowen, Heather E. Becker and Steven W. Boutelle, II and three great grandchildren and a sister, Dorothy E. Bailey of Warwick. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, David G. Bowen and a sister, Nancy A. McClure. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Bettes Life, Saturday, September 15, 2007 at 3:00 PM in the lower level of the Warren Baptist Church, Main Street, Warren, RI. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Chepachet Union Church, 1138 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI 02814 for childrens camperships. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sansone Funeral Home, Bristol.
