Jacob S. Taft

Jacob S. Taft, age 36, of 245 Peckham Street, Fall River, MA., formerly of Bristol, died Monday, May 7, 2007 in Fall River, MA. He was the husband of Pauline (Wilson) Taft. Born in Webster, MA, he was the son of Joel L. and Ursula (Bonczek) Taft of Tiverton. Jacob was a truck driver for Robinson Plumbing Supply in Fall River and had also worked for Andrades Catch in Bristol. He also was an avid fisherman. In addition to his wife and parents, he was survived by a sister Jill A. Taft of Miami, FL, his paternal grandmother Ruth L. Taft of Grafton, MA and also Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends. A Memorial service will be held Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 4:00 PM in the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, RI . Visiting hours will preceed the service from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SSTAR, 386 Stanley Street, Fall River, MA 02720 or to SSTAR of RI, 1950 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
