Helen M. Gray

Mrs. Helen M. (Conley) Gray, age 93, formerly of 6 Roberta Drive, Barrington, died Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Grace Barker Nursing Home, Warren surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Herbert Newton Gray. Born in Bristol, RI,she wasa daughter of the late James and Rose (Brown) Conley. She worked in the School Lunch Program at Barrington High School for 10 years before retiring in 1986. She was a communicant of St. Lukes Church, Barrington. She is survived by her son, Curtis L. Gray of Barrington, two grandchildren, Jason M. Gray of Fall River, MA and Amy L. Gray of Barrington, three great grandchildren, Ann Marie, Brittny and Jason M. Gray, Jr., two brothers, James Conley of Simsbury, CT and William Conley of Bristol. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Nissen, Bess Dodge and Eater Conley-Carlage. Funeral Services and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to RI Veterans Home Fund, 480 Metacom Avenue, Bristol, RI 02809. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Sansone Funeral Home, Bristol.
