Harriet M. Collins

Mrs. Harriet M. (Morgan) Collins, age 90, of 22 Cottage St, Bristol, died Monday, December 22, 2008 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Charles F. Collins. Born in Providence, RI she was the daughter of the late Milton W. and Margaret L. (Garvin) Morgan. She worked as a sales clerk for the former Outlet Company formerly in Providence for many years before retiring. She also worked for the former Carr Manufacturing formerly in Bristol. She was a member of St. Michaels Episcopal Church, where she was a Choir Mother and a member of the Couples Club. She also volunteered for the lunch program. She will be sadly missed by her son, Charles F. Collins, Jr., of Riverside and her two daughters, Carol Joy St. Angelo and Shirley Ann Collins, both of Bristol, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Monday, December 29th at 8:00 AM with Burial Office and Celebration of the Holy Eucharist In Thanksgiving at 9:00 AM in St. Michaels Church, 399 Hope Street, Bristol.Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol. Visiting hours Sunday, December 28, 2008 from2:00-5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Michaels Church, Rectors Fund, 399 Hope Street, Bristol, RI 02809.
