Felix Puniello

Mr. Felix Puniello, 80, a lifelong resident of Bristol, died Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Rhode Island Veterans Home, where he had been a resident for the past 4 years. Born on June 17, 1929, he was the son of the late Carmine and Anna (Zampini) Puniello. Felix leaves behind his son, Joseph Puniello and his wife Christine of Coventry, CT, and three grandchildren, Jesse Puniello and his wife Megan of Manchester, CT, Nicholas and Bethany Puniello, both of Coventry, CT, two brothers, Nick and Frank Puniello, both of Bristol, a sister, Mary Puniello of Lantana, FL, his sisters-in-law, Tancy Puniello and Philomena Puniello, both of Bristol and many nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents by his brothers, Dominick and John Puniello. Felix was employed at FulFlex Corporation for many years. He enjoyed many activities over the years including golf, bridge, bowling and spending time with his son and grandchildren. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, July 10tht 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours will be Thursday, July 9th, from 4:00-7:00 PM.
