Diana S. Carvalho

Mrs. Diana S. Carvalho, age 76 of 10 Roseland Ave, Bristol, died Friday, September 1, 2006 at the Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late William Carvalho. Born in Pawtucket, RI a daughter of the late Gacopo and Lillian (Papini) Mannolini. She resided in Bristol since 1976, moving from Pawtucket. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Raytheon Corp. in Portsmouth before retiring in 1991. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and she volunteered for the Bristol Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen, both in Bristol. Survivors include, a daughter, Sandra Holt of Rehoboth, MA, Four Grandchildren and Six great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son Gary Carvalho , a daughter Karen T. Cassamas and a brother Lawrence Mannolini. Funeral Services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, Wednesday at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting Hours, Tuesday 4:00 -7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bristol Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen, P.O.
