C. Patrick Brito

Mr. C. Patrick Brito, age 55, of 303 Metacom Avenue, Bristol, died Monday, September 17, 2007 at his home after an 8 month illness while surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Mary (Kowal) Brito. Born in Fall River, MA, a son of Joseph M. Brito, Sr. and Audrey P. (Parkin) Brito and stepson of Joan (Cranwell) Brito, all of Bristol. Patrick was a School Teacher for the Bristol Warren Regional School District and he also taught at Sacred Heart School in East Providence. He was a communicant of St. Marys Church, Bristol and a member of the Bristol County Lodge of Elks # 1860.He also loved Antiques. In addition to his wife, parents and stepmother survivors include a daughter, Maryellen Brito of Warren, sons, Jason Brito of West Warwick and Hunter Corson of Bristol, grandchildren, Nicholas Patrick Brito, Victoria Brito and Brady Brito,Sisters and brothers; Audrey Fields, Mary Fitzgerald Doyle, Joseph M. Brito, Jr., Beth Ann Engell all of Bristol and Michael Brito of East Greenwich. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Friday, September 21, 2007 at 9:00 AM with a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Marys Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial willfollow in St. Mary's Cemetery.Visiting Hours Thursday, 4:00-8:00 PM.
