Brian DouglasGrandgeorge, age 32, of Bristol,passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July8, 2023. He was the son of Rebecca MacDougallGrandgeorgeand MarkGrandgeorge A lifelongBristolian, Brian was a graduate of Mount Hope High School. He was employed as a cook at the Rhode Island Veterans Home Community Living Center in Bristolwhere hewasverywell liked by the veterans who reside there. Everyonewho knewBrian loved him. He had such a winning smile and a good word for all he met.Brian was an avid Boston sports fan, especially the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. He loved simple things, a ride through ColtStatePark,playing with his niece and nephew, hanging outwith his brothers and father, being with his mother, and his two kittens; he was a good soul. In addition to his parentsRebecca and Mark, Brian is alsosurvived by his twin MichaelW.Grandgeorge; his brother Jason E.Grandgeorge; his nephew Matthew and nieceNyla;his grandmothers:Rebecca MacDougalland NancyGrandgeorge; his aunt Stephanie Theroux; his uncle Bruce L. MacDougalland many extended family and friends. Brian was pre-deceased by his grandfathers: William N.Grandgeorgeand Bruce Mac Dougall; his aunt:MargeneGrandgeorge;and his uncle: Jason Mac Dougall.
