Anthony C. Bozzario

Mr. Anthony C. Bozzario, age 79, of 639 Wood Street, Bristol, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007 at the Silver Creek Manor Nursing Home, Bristol, following a six week illness. Born in Bristol, RI and a lifelong resident, he was a son of the late Cirol and Michelina (Anastasia) Bozzario. Anthony worked as a machine operator for many years at the former Premier Thread Co., formerly in Bristol, before retiring. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol. Survivors include a brother Pasquale Bozzario, of Bristol, two nieces, Barbara Hart (Robert), of North Kingstown, Marilyn J. Chadwick, of North Providence and a nephew, Louis J. Bozzario (Linda), of Seekonk, MA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis A. and Andrew L. Bozzario. Funeral Services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Monday, March 5, at 9AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours, Sunday 2-4 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, “Safe and Secure for the Future Campaign”, 141 State Street, Bristol, RI 02809.
