Anjo Jaye Capone Riddle

Anjo "Jaye" (Capone) Riddle, 69, passed away on February 4, 2024 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 11, 1954, the daughter of the late Dr. Domenic V.A Capone and Rose E. Capone. Anjo attended Our Lady of Fatima High School in Warren, Rhode Island and Wheelock College in Boston, Massachusetts. After college, she lived in Salinas, California and then moved to North Country and lived in Peru, Chazy, and Plattsburgh, New York. She taught young children for many years and served as an office manager for a number of businesses in her area. Most recently, Anjo retired from her 20-year career at Upward Bound- SUNY Plattsburgh in 2021, where she worked alongside dear friends inspiring and supporting students and families. Anjo married her best friend, Ron Riddle, on June 15, 2002. They shared a beautiful love that was evident to all in their presence, and that they never took for granted. They cherished spending time together and with their family and friends, especially their children and grandchildren. Anjo loved her grandchildren fiercely, and they adored their "Gigi". She loved all animals, especially her cats. Anjo lived each day with gratitude, love, kindness, resilience, and faith. Those who had the opportunity to meet her felt her joy and experienced her radiant glow. She chose forgiveness and generosity of spirit in every aspect of her life, and she lived each moment to the fullest. Anjo had the ability to see value in every experience and loved without judgement. She is survived by her beloved husband: Ron Riddle; her children: Donny Green (Katie), Tori Sukommik (Joshua), Matthew Riddle (Amanda), Seth Riddle (Diana); her grandchildren: Parker and Logan Jo Sukonnik and Mia and Lincoln Riddle; her siblings: Biz Green, Sissy Green (Paul), Donna Byrnes (Edd), Matthew Capone (Evelyn); her many nieces and nephews who adored their "Aunt Jellybean"; and many cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM at St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name can be made to either St. Judes Childrens Hospital or to the Visitation House in Worcester, MA www.visitationhouse.org/donation-options.
