Alicia Ann (Turner) Eastwood, 63, of Tiverton, passed away peacefully in Providence on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Born in Fort Bragg, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jesse A. and Emily (Osborne) Turner. A resident of Bristol most of her life, she graduated from Bristol High School in 1978. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeths Church in Bristol. She was a graduate of the Newport Hospital School of Nursing, attaining her Nursing Degree in the early 1980s. Always a lover of learning, she returned to further education later in life and graduated from Bristol Community College in 2015 with an Associates Degree in General Studies. She worked as a substitute teachers aid in the Bristol School Department and was a constant dedicated employee at the Showcase Cinema in Seekonk for over 20 years. She enjoyed genealogy and tracing family trees, crocheting, decorating character cakes and many other hobbies. She was a quiet person who enjoyed giving to others, was a loving mother, aunt and sister, and was overjoyed to be a grandmother. Alicia is survived by her children, Carlos L. Eastwood, III and Eian M. Eastwood; her grandchildren Carlos L. Eastwood, IV and Oliver A. Eastwood. She is also survived by her sister Rachael M. Miranda and godson and nephew, Brandon P. Miranda along with many extended family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her husband Carlos L. Eastwood, II; her son, Aaron A. Eastwood; her parents, Jesse and Emily and her siblings, Renee E. St. Ours and Jessa A. Turner, Jr. Visiting Hours will be held at Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 2:00 PM 5:00 PM Her funeral service will start from Sansone Funeral Home on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 8:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeths Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol at 9:00 AM. Alicia will be laid to rest at St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name can be made to the Meeting Street School or The Tomorrow Fund.
