Adeline (Aguiar) Balzano, age 92, of 1 Hawthorne Avenue, Bristol, died Monday, February 26, 2007 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Anthony A. Balzano. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Pimental) Aguiar. She was a homemaker. Adeline was a communicant of St. Elizabeths Church, Bristol. Her passion in life were her grandchildren and family, she also loved cooking, sewing and traveling. She is survived by a son, Edward Cunard of Bristol, four grandchildren, Karen OConnell, of Folsom, CA, Edward Cunard, of Seekonk, MA, Kevin Cunard, of Elks Grove, CA, and Kathy Clemens, of Bristol Ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, a brother Joseph Aguiar of Bristol Two sisters, Pauline Marabello, of Bristol and Barbara Morgan, of Proctorville, VT. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by three sisters Mary Biancuzzo, Helen Guaniere, Leonora Medeiros, and two brothers Al and Manuel Aguiar. Funeral Services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, Saturday at 8:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM in St. Elizabeths Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visiting hours, Friday 4:00-8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Bristol Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 775, Bristol, RI 02809.
