Evelyn (Medeiros) Rohrman, 94, of Bristol, entered into eternal rest on November 12, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Manuel Medeiros and Delia (Bothelo) Medeiros. She was the beloved wife of the late William Rohrman, Sr.

Evelyn was born and raised in Bristol. She was an active communicant at St. Mary’s Church, Bristol, where she belonged to the Women’s Guild. She was a devoted wife and homemaker alongside her husband, a 20-year Navy veteran, and their family. She loved to cook, bake, and was an accomplished seamstress for her children. She was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Most of all, her primary focus was family.

She is survived by her children; Evelyn “Nena” Bucko and her husband Robert, Jane Payton and her husband Ray, Karl Rohrman and his wife Kathy and Susan Rohrman, as well as eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Evelyn also leaves behind her sisters; Dorothy Matrone, Agnes Campanella and Theresa Ormerod. She was predeceased by her son, Billy Rohrman and brother, Ronald Medeiros.

Visiting hours will be held at Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol, on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 9:00-10:00 AM, followed by Funeral Services at 10:00 AM. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 330 Wood Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol.
